Meet Our People – The Enduring Spirit of the Chickasaw Nation

Bill Kinney learned in graduate school about how to solve problems by applying knowledge to an established problem in a creative fashion. He credits his study of Chickasaw history with helping him to appreciate the importance of "dealing with the hand you're dealt," being adaptable in order to succeed in life. His father, who advanced this principle as much by example as by words, was devoted to expressing pride in his Chickasaw heritage.
