Brent Greenwood: "Complete, But Not Finished"
Chickasaw ArtistBrent Greenwood once delivered a painting to an art show when the paint was still wet. From then on, that art show contained a clause in its entrance forms: "No wet canvases." Since then, Brent has grown; he knows a painting is done after layers and layers of paint turn to layers and layers of reflection. The more he thinks about a piece and ponders it, the closer it is to being finished.
