6 gallons water
3 pounds corn, washed
6 pounds pork loin, cut into 1/2" cubes
salt to taste

Bring water to a boil and add corn. Cover and cook, stirring often. When water level is low, add more water throughout entire cooking time so that the corn does not scorch. When corn has cooked for about an hour and a half, add pork. Cook until meat is tender, about two to three hours. The mixture should be soupy. Add salt if desired.
