2 tbsp. sugar, extra for taste
2 cups flower
1 egg
64 oz grape juice, extra for taste

Stir sugar into flower. Add 1 egg and grape juice as needed. Mix together to form a dough. Once dough is sticking to the bowl, it is ready to be rolled out. Roll dough until it is about 1/4" thick and then cut into 1" squares. Bring 64 oz. of grape juice to a boil in a large pot. Once juice is boiling, add dumplings. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add sugar to taste. Simmer for another 25 minutes. Serve hot.
