3 ½ c. frozen fruit: peaches, pineapple, cherries, mango, strawberries, etc. (~16 oz bag)
1/3 c. sugar
6 oz. yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
1 T. lemon juice

Combine fruit and sugar in a food processor. Pulse until chopped. Add yogurt and lemon juice. Process until smooth and creamy.

*May use a mixture of different fruit and/or different flavors of yogurt.

Makes 7-1/2 c. servings.
