1 T. olive oil
6 peaches, fresh, sliced
¼ c. brown sugar
2 t. cinnamon
¾ c. granola, low-fat

Add olive oil to a non-stick pan. Heat over a medium-high heat. Add sliced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon and granola to pan. Toss ingredients together and heat until all is hot. Remove from heat and serve warm.

*Option: Can substitute 4 to 5 cups of any fruit, cantaloupe, watermelon, apples, etc.

Makes 6- ¾ c. servings.
