The Chickasaw Nation

Bringing together young students interested in composing, the Chickasaw Arts Academy made history by recording the first nationally released classical album focusing on American Indian students. The album was funded by the Chickasaw Nation, produced by Thunderbird Records from Cleveland and performed by the New York City string quartet ETHEL in the studios of Oklahoma City University's Wanda L. Bass School of Music.
