Brad Clonch and Quin Tran kick off 2018 with a Chickasaw couple's story of hope. Proud parents Amy and Kevin McCarley say that their baby daughter London is the greatest gift they've ever received. London was born in May 2017 and was adopted by the McCarleys, who knew she was the miracle they'd been praying for. They hope that their story and happy ending will inspire other families to never give up hope. And in Ada, the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center was recently recognized nationally as a baby-friendly facility; there are only seven other hospitals in the state of Oklahoma with this distinction. Finally, we get to experience commissioned artwork by Chickasaw citizens Brent Greenwood and Dustin Mater. It took them several months to each produce three large panels that hang in the chamber room of the Chickasaw legislature.
