Community outreach is a priority for the Lighthorse Police. By adopting and coordinating the DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) and GREAT (Gang Resistance Education And Training) programs in addition to their patrol responsibilities, the Lighthorse officers are not only solving crimes— they're taking an active part in preventing them.
