Jeraldine "Jerry" Brown was recruited into the United States Army following her college graduation in 1943. As one of the first female members of the US Military, Jerry spent the last 16 months of her service in the Photo Intelligence Lab at the Pentagon, a division of the military that makes decisions about the strategic plans and attacks using photographic evidence and intelligence collected from around the world.
