Chickasaw Dance Troupe

Jesse Lindsey, Cultural Activities Coordinator

Members of the Chickasaw Dance Troupe help to preserve traditional social dances that have been performed for generations. The troupe usually begins with the female-driven Friendship Dance and then moves on to the classic stomp dance, which was typically done before battles. For more information about dance classes and where the troupe will be performing, visit Chickasaw.net.
