In this episode of CNTV News, Brad Clonch and Quin Tran introduce us to the five outstanding citizens inducted this year into the Chickasaw Nation Hall of Fame: elders advocate and tribal legislator Mary Jo Thomas Green; former U.S. Diplomatic Corps Foreign Service Officer M. Franklin Keel; Indian Law scholar Kevin K. Washburn; Medal of Honor recipient Lt. Col. Raymond Harvey and businessman/political figure Holmes Tuttle (father of former U.S. Ambassador to the United Kingdom Robert Tuttle). We also visit the 2017 Artesian Arts Festival, a favorite annual event in Sulphur held Memorial Day weekend. The Chickasaw Nation hosts the festival to share Native American culture and to celebrate the work of American Indian artists.
