Special Needs Assistance Program

Chickasaw Nation Citizen Benefits

Ten-year-old Julia Pershica has Moebius syndrome, a disorder that results in facial paralysis and other neurological symptoms. Julia is an honors student and also loves to dance; her family credits the Nation's Special Needs Assistance Program as part of the reason she’s able to attend her dance classes, which truly enhances her life.
