Brett Joplin, former Manager at the Chickasaw Small Business Development Center, describes the role of the Small Business Development Center in the maturation of Chickasaw business ideas. These ideas often become realities with the planning advice of the SBDC and then are able to contribute to economic and cultural growth across the state. Brett Joplin is currently the Senior Accounts Payable Manager for the Department of Treasury.
