Governor Anoatubby and tribal leaders took part in a groundbreaking ceremony this fall for the new Okana Resort and indoor waterpark. Construction is currently underway on the 11-story hotel located next to the First Americans Museum near downtown Oklahoma City. The $400 million tourist destination will continue the momentum of economic development by bringing visitors to the area and creating jobs.

Chickasaw author Michelle Cooke connects with CNTV News to discuss her book, "Protecting Our People: Chickasaw Law Enforcement in Indian Territory."
