Medical Assistance Program

Chickasaw Nation Citizen Benefits

The Chickasaw Nation's Medical Assistance Program helps ease the burden of medical costs for Chickasaw families. The program allows citizens to apply for up to $5,000 a year to pay for specialized tests and care recommended by physicians. This might include power wheelchairs, dental implants or even braces for your teenagers. Chickasaw citizens must receive a referral to apply for the program, and the application must be pre-approved to prevent delays in obtaining care. For more information, click here.
