Chickasaw Nation Division on Aging: Wisdom Walkers

The premise of Wisdom Walkers is simple: to increase physical activity among seniors at the centers. The program is already paying dividends, as doctors are reporting lower blood pressure, lower BMI and less reliance on pain medication among those who have taken part in the program.
