At the Chickasaw Cultural Center, history lives on through live demonstrations. Here, Jeremy Wallace describes stickball, as both a social game and as a way of settling disputes. The equipment can be distinguished between tribes, as different materials and styles were used by each to make the sticks and balls. Weather permitting, demonstrations are held daily – so come out and try one of the oldest known Native American games!
